It usually takes us 1 working day (or 24 hours) to deal with the order after you pay for it. However, if you order lacer's hair extensions on Saturday or Sunday, we may have to handle it the very next Monday as the weekends are not our working days here.The tracking number will be updated after your order is shipped while you can receiver an email from our side. Sometimes, you need to check our letters in your spam box according to the firewall blocking.You must provide an accurate shipping address, otherwise the delivery time will be delayed for 1 or 2 working days. The postman from your local courier will or will not ask for a signature when the package arrives. In this circumstance, please double check the shipping details before you enter the checkout process.

As for customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, Italy, France and Germany, your goods may be shipped by DHL,FedEx or UPS or directly from our local warehouse. According to our usual experience, you may receive the parcel in 3-7 business days after proceeding the checkout of your order.If you are not from the above-listed countries, we have different shipping solutions according to different countries. You can refer to the following chart below for more information. DHL is always an available way for us to send you the goods, usually takes you 4-8 business days to arrive at your own hands.
